Shipping Guidelines:
We
are like those 24-hour news channels:When you place an order, you will
receive an order confirmation message immediately. Once your order
begins its road trip from our warehouse to you, we'll send another email
with tracking information. Don't forget, we ship Monday through Friday
only.
We deliver Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 6 PM.
When
you place an order Sunday through Thursday before 10pm, it can be
shipped the next day. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be shipped on
Monday.
We deliver via UPS parcel delivery service.
All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
UPS
will try at least twice to deliver your order to the address indicated
by you. In case UPS cannot deliver at the indicated address, the driver
will leave an Info Notice in the mailbox. After two delivery attempts,
UPS will keep your package for a maximum of 5 business days. After 5
business days, UPS will return your package back. If you do not have an
Info Notice, please contact us.
We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event that no one is available to sign for your shipment.
You bear the risk for the items once delivery is completed.
Shipping Methods:
1.USPS:
It will reach your door in 7-10 business days.
2.Most
orders for In-Stock items begin shipping as soon as your online
purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock,
your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For
example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the
warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by
end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery
times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout
and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business
days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Return policy
We
are committed to your complete satisfaction. All ordered items here are
closely to the word here "what you see on ouw website are what you get
in 7days".Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy,You must
contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items
back. Feedback now!All items sent back to us must be in their original
condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
All
ordered items are the right items you pick here.We promise you of the
right order package.So if returning right items for a refund: all
returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and
handling charges are non- refundable.
We
do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order
package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs.
Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your
own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

Exchanges
Exchanges
are part of our simple return process:just request a replacement item
as you complete the return.Exchanges are always subject to availability
at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the
item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order
rather than request an exchange during the return process.
Seeing
double Exchanges always involve the return of your original purchase
and the creation of a new order. You will see two transactions on your
credit card or debit card statement: a credit for your original purchase
and a charge for your exchanged new purchase. Please be patient, it may
take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on
your statement depending upon your card issuer.
We
will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of
the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID
and one of our team members will help you.Feedback now If you would like
to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your
items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the
style you prefer.
You
must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to
us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed,
with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to
you.
We
do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible
for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of
shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add
tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection,
as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling
charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
If
you need to cancel an order- as long as the order has not yet been
shipped, we can cancel the order and 10% cancellation fee will be
charged.
Unfortunately,
once the order is in the hands of the shipper, there is no going back
and you will need to go through the return/refund process once your
order arrives. (Special Note: If you really want to- we can re-route the
package back to us and charge you the UPS $30 re-routing fee and
applicable shipping charges. That is only if the package is in a transit
and not out for delivery.
Friendly
Notice: If you did not receive your 10-digit tracking number within 3
days after placing your order, your e-mail server may have seen it as
spam. In this case, please contact us for assistance in orders'
tracking.
Shipping Returns
Shipping
1)Please allow us 48 hours to process your order.
2)Your
order will be sent door to door. You will receive a confirmation email
with order details and the shipping tracking number on the day it is
dispatched. With this tracking number you can track the shipping
progress of your purchase.
3)Please
allow 5-7 working days for delivery of your bags, few orders may take
longer depending on time of ordering (weekends, holidays) destination
and country.Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is
lost or seized we will reship once at our expense.
We
guarantees to deliver all products at your door promptly and safely as
promised. All packages will be clear of customs and will be stated as
samples or gifts to avoid import taxes. If your goods lost during the
shipment phase, we take full responsibility and will reship you on our
expense.
Returns&Exchange
We make sure all products are top quality and are certain our customers will simply love it!
But, in the case a customer wish to return /exchange products, we offer a 7-10 days return policy (upon receiving your order).
If
you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us for the
return address, Item must be sent back unused and please include all the
original packing, material, merchandise, and any included accessories
in your package.
Once
we have received the products, we will refund / exchange the
item.Return shipping fee is carried out by the customer, and have to be
shipped out with a tracking number.
Situations:
1) Quality Problems
When
you receive the package, please check if the package is damaged when
shipping, in that case,please refused to sign the package.When you
opened the package, and find the products have the quality problem,
please take a photo about that and send e-mail to us, after we confirm,
we will re-send a new bag to you or full refund to you.
2) Non-Quality Problems
Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
The product does not look like the ones in your picture.
The product is not what I imagine it to be.
I am not satisfied with this product.
In
7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning
the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back
to us the products in original package (you will pay the return
shipping fees). When we receive the products,we will also deduct the
shipping fee and 10% handling fee.
